WOW : best motivation speech since a while!
When the new CEO of Chicago Tribune, Sam Zell is addressing his troup to remotivate them... it is just brillant... Who said the word Charisma? One of the best motivation- no bullshit speech from management I have been offered to listen too. (Go directly to 57:13 in the video for the best part).
